"It shows how serious you are about the fight!" Luz said, stretching her arms. "We got pretty banged up, after all. I think we both could use a swim, and then some healing. Have you gotten better at that, by the way?"

“Slowly but surely!” Sakura said. Reluctantly, she began to stand up from laying on Luz’s knees, stretching a bit as she does.

“I think I can heal much better now!”

Luz nodded, rising up slowly.

"I had a feeling. Wanna start by attempting to heal me? I got pretty scraped up from our fight."

"Of course. Let's see what I can do."

And she'll take Luz's hands, focusing her magic onto her, mending her wounds as she did.

"Ok. Good luck!"

Luz watched the girl work her magic, taking a few breaths herself, her mind wandering to the type of healing she'd seen in the Boiling Isles.

Slowly but surely, Sakura’s healing works its magic, healing up Luz’s wounds. After a few moments, she finally released her hands and stepped back.

“How do you feel?”

Luz rose up, shaking her limbs a little. "I'm good! Wow! You've definitely gotten better, Sakura! Great job!"

“Ahah, thanks! Wow, maybe I’m better as a healer than I thought!” Sakura said, blushing.

"That's the hope, right? If you drank the potion, you slowly start to get better at what it does! I'm glad that you've gotten better though: pretty sure that will come in handy in a place like this."

Luz rose up, looking over at the shore, a grin on her face.

"Shall we?"

Sakura grinned as well, nodding in agreement.

“Let’s!”

"All right! Beach time, baby!"

Luz was already losing the shirt so she had just a loose top and her bathing shorts, and was already making a run for the water!

Sakura laughed as she raced after her. A bit of ninjutsu trickery and she tossed off her dress and shorts for a simple one piece underneath.

Once again, Sakura is able to pull off something cool like that. Luz gave her a bit of a salute before doing a flip into the water, and here her form changed a little so she resembled her friend Alberto's form, only with Luz's shock of hair and, of course, her eyebrow scar.

So maybe Luz is a bit of a sea monster right now: somehow, she still looks cute!

Sakura blinked as she saw Luz change her form, impressed with what she had done.

“That is so cool!” She called out, diving in after her.

"Thanks! I modeled it after a friend of mine! He actually is back here! I was afraid he was gone for good, but he just turned up again this month!"

She lay back a moment sighing. "I LOVE water. I did before, but the animals I can turn into that are aquatic based really made me like it a lot more!"

I wish I had a drawing of her in this form. Think of "Luca," but Luz, with purple skin.
